Prepare Your Package
For equipment or apparel, ensure items are unused and in their original packaging; for coffee beans, please provide the batch number found on the bag.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
