How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest possible product.
Where are your coffee beans sourced from?
We ethically source our beans from sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra, paying above fair-trade prices to support local growers.
What is the typical shipping timeframe?
Domestic orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our roastery.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from several grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes, you can choose the 'Subscribe & Save' option on any product page to have your favorite blends delivered automatically every 2, 4, or 6 weeks.
